Dr. Michael Zaplin, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Zaplin serves as CMO of our IPMGMT. A part of his role is to manage hospital and SNF stays with alternate payment structures with VBC elements. Current clients include self-insured primary care groups (full risk and partial, as well as ACOs). Dr. Zaplin has years of experience throughout the clinical continuum to drive operational efficiencies leading to improvement in key KPIs that drive value-based care.
Sarah Wiley, Chief Operating Officer
Sarah Wiley joined IPMGMT in 2024 as the Chief Operating Officer with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth across diverse healthcare settings. She brings expertise in strategic leadership, P&L management, and team development, which she developed as the Senior VP for Main Street Health, Group VP for Sound Physicians, and Regional VP of Compassus. Sarah has extensive experience leading multi-state operations, overseeing diverse teams, and achieving impressive financial outcomes. Her notable achievements include scaling a start-up from inception to over 1000 partner locations, exceeding revenue targets, and spearheading rapid expansion initiatives.
Meghan Wibbell, VP of Operations
Meghan started her career in the field of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She worked on process flow and productivity standards in the Milwaukee, WI area. In 2009, Meghan made the switch over to the Healthcare field, beginning her journey at Froedtert Hospital, a Level I trauma center in the greater Milwaukee area. Since then, Meghan has held leadership positions within both inpatient and outpatient settings. Prior to joining our team, Meghan spent the previous 12 years working at a national medical group in leadership roles across Hospital Medicine and Emergency Medicine service lines. Meghan’s experience includes managing large-scale acquisitions, implementing new software strategies, and developing Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
